30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Inner Anchor, request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. No questions asked. No forms. No hoops.
Email support@useinneranchor.com and we'll process your refund. Expect it within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Free trial
The 14-day free trial doesn't require a credit card on the Free plan. For paid plans, your card is collected at signup but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial and you'll never be charged.
Monthly and annual subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period. We don't cut you off early.
Refunds beyond the initial 30-day window are handled case by case. If something went wrong (an accidental charge, a billing error, or a bad experience), email us and we'll sort it out. We'd rather lose a payment than your trust.
Annual plan specifics
Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to annual plans. If you cancel after 30 days, you keep access through the end of your annual billing period but we don't prorate refunds for the unused portion.
Lifetime plan
The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies. After 30 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable; you've locked in permanent access.
